My Review of NaturesPlus Biotin Supplement

I wrote about my postpartum hair loss two years ago on my hair blog, and I reviewed the hair

supplement I used then.

Recently, I bought another hair supplement, NaturesPlus Biotin Supplement, from Life Pharmacy Dubai because I couldn't find what I am used to.

I have used this new Biotin Supplement for a month, and this is what I think about the supplement.

1. Advantages. 

- Doesn't have a stinky smell.
- Easy to swallow.
- Good for nails and skin as well
- Fair price.
- The supplement is in a plastic container and not a bottle like the previous supplement I used.
- One tablet per day, unlike Maxi-Hair Plus, four tablets a day.

2. Disadvantages.

- No fast result compared to Maxi-Hair Plus well, NaturesPlus Biotin Supplement is sustained release.
- Don't let it dissolve in your mouth; it is not a capsule like the previous supplement.

I usually take it with my food, so I won't forget to take my dose of hair booster. Let me know what you think of this supplement in the comments.
