Have you ever thought your feelings were too deep for words? Well, it may or may not be true.

Some words exist to make us express ourselves better. Although the listener may not understand exactly how you feel, with precise words to describe an emotion, the listener will show empathy. 

The importance of expressing your self effectively in words are it:

- Makes you take charge of your actions and reactions in negative situations

- Improves your relationship with others

- Makes you an effective communicator 

- Gives you an insight into someone's problem. 


These are some basic words that express negative feelings:

Most of these words have similar meanings; however, the situation, context, and emotional state level can make them differ—for instance, anger & rage, anxiety & agitation, sadness & upset etc.
