Update on the lady who put Gorilla Glue in hair

My attention was brought to this sad story some hours ago. Tessica Brown, a famous

TikTok user, ran out of her got2b glued hair spray and decided to use gorilla glue. According to Wikipedia, Gorilla Glue is an American brand of polyurethane adhesives. They are known for their original Gorilla Glue, which was first sold to consumers in 1994. The company has since branched out to make a line of similar products, including tapes, epoxies, and other adhesives.

According to her, it wasn't her intention. For over a month she’s tried a lot of suggestions from those who care, and all proved futile. Her hair seems to be permanently glued to her scalp. She finally checked into the ER on the 6th of February after rubbing alcohol on her head.

I feel saddened by her situation because we can sometimes make a decision that the outcome will be beyond our imagination. I know we (ladies) usually have a whole lot of hair tricks up our sleeves mostly harmless but I feel this was too extreme.

Latest update: She traveled all the way to L.A when it seemed like the ER she checked into couldn’t do much. On the 10th of February she got free from the bondage of the gorilla glue, thanks to Dr Michael Kobeng who did the procedure for free.

In summary, we should always be careful what new things we try on. You can follow her story HERE.
