Just a reminder

During the lockdown period, let's not forget to:

- Check up on those who may be alone. It’s not easy to have a total change of lifestyle and deal with the constant reminder of what’s going on in the world.

- Send our love and prayers to those who have lost loved ones.

- Check up on those who handle anxiety differently.

- Check up on your partner regularly if you both are not together.

- Pray for our healthcare workers.

- Check up on those you haven't heard from in a while just to make sure they are doing well.

- Keep in touch with people who make you laugh, it’s good for your mental health.

- Check up on those who may have lost their jobs.

- Check up on your children to make sure they are fine and not living in fear, we can't fully understand how they process issues.

- Pray for those who always need to visit the hospital for other reasons.
