I drank this homemade smoothie yesterday, this will be the second time I'll be drinking
it. The first time, I felt like I drinking a combination of malaria drugs mixed with multivitamins (not that I have tasted this combination before but I just feel this will be the worst combo). Anyway, I thought about the positive which was I was doing my body a favor... I guess. So yes, I will definitely try it again :)

Preparation
Get all the ingredients ready
Blend in high speed
Add water if need be
Serve chilled
