How are you all doing? Just checking on you to know how you are coping with what’s
going on in the world. It’s important we put our emotions in check so we won't get so stressed about the situation especially those who can't handle stress and anxiety properly.


My ideas on how to stay calm are:

Meditate.
Practice grateful. 
Feel your mind with positive thoughts.
Follow positive and fun people on social media.
Rest.
Disconnect from the negative news for a while.
