I was inspired to write on this sensitive topic based on the career conversation I had with
my mom last week on her counseling session with clients.
This topic is very important to everyone; as long as we face ups and downs in life, it's important to put ourselves in check once in a while or often as the case may be. If you don’t feel the need to talk to someone about it, these questions can help you get positive answers and direction to the problems you're faced with. You can also make up a list of questions that suits you.
I got these questions from Wiredforhappy.com and made a few tweaks to it.
These questions got me thinking hard and I'm impressed at my answers. It showed me where I need to improve, what I need to be proud of and what I need to let go of.
