Apology is a vital part of every relationship; it heals a broken heart, makes a
relationship come alive, last long and gives people the ability to forgive. However, I've noticed we sometimes apologize for things that doesn't need an apology (I used to be guilty of this). In my opinion, the things you don't need to apologize for are:

- Spending some time alone
- Standing your ground
- Leaving an unhealthy relationship or friendship

- Being honest
- Your weight
