Last week, I read on the art of gratitude because it's very easy to slide into the bubble of
ungratefulness if we dwell on how we feel about our circumstances. Reading on this has opened me up to a whole new dimension of gratitude.

Basically, it means appreciating every aspect of your life both good and bad and learning from each experience. It is also paying attention to the little details of your day and being aware of your emotions towards different energy. In my opinion, it is a habit worth cultivating to boost positivity, increase daily happiness, appreciate others, and focus on good times.
Although people believe it leads to negative thoughts, selfishness, less productivity/empathy if done for the wrong reasons, I guess if we choose to focus on misconceptions we won't achieve a desired goal.
In summary, this taught me to value each day more than I have been doing and focus on being grateful no matter the circumstance. The bible also encourages us to do this in Philippians 4:4-13.
