How to Create an Action Plan Template

I created an action plan template last year and it's really making it easier to organize
my blogging and personal plans. The template has areas to write down the name of the task, descriptions of task, task prioritization (1. Urgent and important, 2. Urgent but not important, 3. Not urgent but important, 4. Not urgent and not important), Start and end date, Required resources, task status and people responsible.

I used a similar template when I coached some organizations, so I can say it will be of benefit to those who set goals frequently. This template can be on your phone, a paper or printed version and can be designed in a way that suits you with the following heading and sub-headings.

Action plan template

- Task

- Task description

- Priority (1. Urgent and important, 2. Urgent but not important, 3. Not urgent but important, 4. Not urgent and not important)

- Start and End Date

- Required Resources
- Status

- People involved in task
