It’s been a while I went for an evening walk or had some alone time. The weather
last night was perfect for a night walk so I decided to go for a stroll with my husband and I felt delighted to see a lot of different activities people engaged in: learning to play the guitar, exercising, shopping, a family get together and so on.
Having a different experience inspired this post and I had to accept the fact that I have withdrawn from a lot of things that makes me happy. The walk helped me clear my head a bit, think of ways to improve myself and also spend some time with my husband.
As a mom, I understand the need to have some alone time, quiet time or a different experience because it has a positive impact on one's mood so I have decided to start having fun in every little way I can and not wait till there is a perfect moment.
