My Momnesia Experience

When I was pregnant, I noticed I couldn't remember things I used to easily remember and

it freaked me out. My worries made me read blogs and articles related to what was

happening to me and I found out it can part of the pregnancy experience. What I

didn't know was it could continue after giving birth. I guess I will blame it on the fact that

I am always busy.

I found a way around it by making sure I rest whenever I am less busy. Apart from resting,

some practical ways I manage memory lapses are:

- Setting reminders on my phone

- Making notes on what I need to do

- Writing about the highlights of my day

- Sticking notes in places I can easily see them

- Categorizing my priorities

To some extent, this has been helpful.
