Adrian Blanche Swain, 29, had a trim at 619 Barber Shop in the centre of San Diego and left a $20 tip for the barber Manny Montero, Fox 5 San Diego reported.
About an hour later though Swain had a different view of the cut.
“She said, ‘look what you did to my hair, motherf***er,’” Montero told KNSD-TV.She came in with a bald spot on the side, and I am like, ‘I didn’t do that.’”
Swain then pointed the gun at point blank range at Montero and his customer, who was sitting in the barber’s chair, and tried to fire three times at him.
“The gun had bullets but malfunctioned,’’ said San Diego Police Sergeant Ray Battrick.
With Swain’s gun jammed, the barbers wrestled her to the ground until police arrived.
“Grabbed her arm, grabbed the gun,” Montero said.
