Mistakes that can ruin your Career

I believe having a career helps you learn, grow, develop your professional life as well
as share your expertise with others. However, mistakes are bound to happen in the course of aiming for certain goals at all career levels. Some mistakes can be as a result of taking unnecessary risks, cutting cost, mismanagement of funds, unreasonable expectations or lack of time and conflict management.

Other career mistakes frequently made by employers/employees, entrepreneurs, freelancers and startups are:

Taking up too many tasks,

Blaming others for your errors,

Poor research,

No substantial vision and mission statement,

Hiring biases, 

No business plan,

Lack of leadership,

Empathy over logic,
