I was discussing with a friend about this and also added how I felt about going to the hospital at this time. She reassured me of the extra precautionary measures the UAE is taking to stop the spread of the virus: indeed, I saw changes in the hospital setting especially with fewer patients.
She also asked me something very important that I didn't know about which was the Dubai movement permit. I expressed my confusion but of course, she sent the link to me and guided me through the registration process. Initially, I thought it will be a long process but it took about 20 minutes to register and get the approval.
