Whenever I try to blog like everything is normal, I always feel a certain way. My heart
goes out to those who have lost families and loved ones, are in pain, have nowhere to stay, as well as those dealing with anxieties because of what the world is currently faced with.
According to mental health experts, we are advised to monitor our feelings of stress and anxiety during this period, not everyone can manage stress well especially those who:
- Are separated from their families due to travel restrictions.
- Have to go to the hospital for unexpected reasons.
- Have difficulties adjusting to the new norm.
- Aren't able to get essential items due to financial reasons.
I pray this comes to an end soon, may God have mercy on us.
I’ll continue to blog, at least I may get distracted by that and some people may benefit from my contents.
Please let’s continue to pray, wash our hands often, stay indoors as much as possible, avoid social gatherings, stay positive, and do whatever we can to flatten the curve.
