What You Need To Know Before Exercising at Night



Walking is the simplest and easiest form of exercising. This is something I always
make out time for at-least thrice a week. I have been doing this for more than a decade however, there are important things to know when going out for a walk in a new environment. I was inspired to write about this based on my experience (oh and I love evening walks because my mornings are always busy).
These are what you need to be aware of before heading out for a walk in a new environment. 

- Know your environment.
- Choose the right terrain. 
- Check out the weather before heading out.
- You can go with someone to make it more fun.
- Choose a serene, bright and secure place.
- Don’t go out so late. 
- Wear something bright.
- Follow your instincts.
