Marketable Skills I've Learned from Blogging

Being a blogger exposes you to a wide range of ideas and opportunities to venture
into and helps you identify your unique skills and build your personal brand. It also gives you
the ability to work with others and unleash your creativity.

In my experience, blogging has been a great way to learn a lot of skills. I have been blogging for 5 years and it prepared me for my career in business psychology/coaching. Don't get me wrong, I'm not encouraging you to do all the work yourself because you'll certainly get to a point that hiring people or having a team will make the work easier and more productive but if you're a new blogger, I'd advice you use the opportunity to learn those necessary skills required to have a good blog, even if you hire someone, you can learn from the person.

The skills I developed through blogging are:

- Social media management.
- Digital marketing.
- Time management.
- Content creation.
- Photography.
- Team management.
- Networking.
- Cultural Competence.
- Communication.
