How to Laugh Naturally in Photos

 

I have been told so many times about my straight face and cosmetic smiles
in pictures but the truth is I find it awkward making faces or laughing when I'm taking pictures  (behind the scenes, I make a lot of weird faces). Anyway, my husband AKA my part-time photographer as I jokingly call him was pictures of me today and he did a caricature of our son which amused me. He took pictures of me while I was laughing and that was what inspired me to write on this topic. I discovered, it isn't as awkward as I thought it will be when it comes naturally.

Below are some ideas that can help me achieve my 'laughing in photos' goal unpretentiously. ⇓⇓

• Remember a joke.
• Tell the photographer to say something funny. 
• Make a weird face.
• Mimic someone who makes you laugh.
• Be present.
• Recall a funny experience. 
• Laugh with others.
