Energy Tips for Tired Mums



Let's forget about the perfect pictures we see on Instagram for a moment (which I
love seeing by the way), being a mother has it's kind of perfection because it creates a balance; a time of joy, happiness, love and a time of stress and anxiety. Now he is bigger, it's much easier to manage my time, however, when I need to be strong physically, mentally and psychologically, I:

- Drink lots of water 
- Eating Healthy
- Rest
- Have quick workout sessions at home
- Spend time reading God's Word
- Go for long walks 
- Laughing and smiling more
- Think creatively and positively 
- Get extra sleep when I can

Since I started creating a balance, I've notice a significant change in my well-being.
