5 Minutes Workout Plan For The Week



I’m sharing this as a way of making myself accountable to my plan and also to
give those who need to plan a simple workout routine. This is what I will do for 5 minutes daily.

- Skip
- Arm stretch
- Jumps
- Toe touches
- Mountain Climbers
- High Knees
- Russian Twists
