5- Minute Workout at home (Video)



I don't do this always but whenever I'm free and I have the strength to workout, I do
the simple ones that won't make me so tired. I workout with these 1kg dumbbells and sometimes without it.  I haven't started going to the gym yet so I do it at home for about 10mins. The best time for me to workout is when my baby is asleep (anytime of the day). Apart from staying fit, I also workout to improve my well-being and mood, make me alert when I need to be and reduce stress.
