A four-year-old girl whose hair drapes down to her knees causing strangers to stop and stare has been dubbed 'Rapunzel'.
Hally Kelly was born with a full head of hair - and her long locks have continued to grow at an incredible rate
Her 22in-long tresses - expected to reach the ground by her fifth birthday - are even longer than the lengthiest hair extensions sold by mum Kathryn, who works in the crimping industry.
The youngster 's moniker is inspired by the fairy tale damsel Rapunzel, who was locked away in a tower with no steps, prompting the famous line: "Rapunzel, Rapunzel, let down your hair, so that I may climb thy golden stair.
