Thou shall eat healthy diet

Thou shall sleep on a satin pillowcase

Thou shalt finger detangle to protect thy glorious mane

Thou shalt not use heat

Thou shalt style hair when wet

Thou shalt not use a terry cloth towel

Thou shalt read the ingredient label

Thou shalt deep condition

Thou shalt love thy hair no matter what
