Gina Rodriguez Just Dyed Her Hair A New Summery Shade

Gina Rodriguez is having too much fun with her hair makeovers this year. First she chopped off her long brunette strands for Locks of Love back in May. Then, she shaved the majority of her strands into a cool buzzcut, and now she’s officially a blonde bombshell.

Rodriguez debuted her updated look on Instagram with an adorable selfie while wearing oversized

sunglasses. The Jane The Virgin actress credited Stacy Heitman at the Sally Hershberger Salon in West Hollywood for helping her make the color transition. Heitman revealed on her Instagram that she used Joico products to achieve the honey blonde hue on Rodriguez without causing any damage. Celebrity hair pro Paul Norton styled her summer blonde hair into textured beach waves.

Rodriguez isn’t the only star sporting blonde hair with a ton of depth and dimension. Several A-listers have traded their raven strands for lighter tones over the pass few months. In June, Ariana Grande updated her brown locks with a lighter makeover. And Emma Roberts said goodbye to her stunning rose-gold hairdo and hello to a blonde bob just a few weeks ago. All of the summer transformations are making us wonder if blonde is the most popular color of the season.
