Losing hair? Avocado is the secret remedy

i have a thing for natural ways to treat hair lose and i am sure so many people are like that too. this information on how to use avocado to make that happen will be very useful for you :)
Avocado has potassium, amino acids and proteins that make it one of the healthiest fruits. The best way to
utilise its benefits for hair is to use it as a mask. Here is how:
Moisturiser: Heat styling, chemical treatments, air pollution and exposure to the sun leaves the hair dry, damaged and weak. The vitamins A, D, E and B6, proteins, amino acids, magnesium, folic acid, copper and iron in avocado will give the hair instant glow.
The monounsaturated fatty acid content in avocado oil and the high level of anti-oxidants such as vitamin E, are absorbed into the scalp and hair shaft. It moisturises, nourishes and strengthens hair strands leaving the hair looking radiant and healthy. This also stimulates growth and unclogs blocked follicles.
If your hair is dry, this avocado hair mask will help. Mix one teaspoon of avocado oil, a teaspoon of olive oil, half a teaspoon of natural honey and one egg. Apply the mixture on your hair and leave it on for 10 minutes then rinse, shampoo and condition as usual. Avocado oil is a natural sunscreen that protects the hair and scalp from the sun’s UV rays.
Hair growth: Every woman wants their hair to grow faster. One reason for slow hair growth is nutritional deficiency which results in dull and lifeless hair. Vitamins B and E in avocado strengthens hair. Vitamin E repairs the damage on the scalp that is likely to slow or prevent hair growth, while vitamin B is essential for hair growth.
Combining avocado with eggs makes a growth-enhancing mask that leaves the hair soft and silky. Get half a ripe avocado and one egg yolk. Whisk the egg yolk until it turns into a frothy liquid. Blend the avocado into a fine paste then mix it with the frothy egg yolk.
Apply the mixture to wet hair, ensuring it touches all parts of the hair from the scalp to the hair ends. Gently massage the mixture onto your scalp for five minutes. Rinse your hair using lukewarm water (hot water will cook the egg). Shampoo then condition as usual.
Dandruff: Dandruff is a nightmare for anyone. It causes itching, flaking and irritation. It loves a dry scalp so you have to keep it moisturised and what better way to do that than use avocado.
Avocado oil rejuvenates and moisturises the scalp. The proteins, amino acids and vitamins, soothe the scalp and promote hair growth. A mask that contains argan oil will make hair silkier, softer, and shinier, tame frizzy hair and treat split ends.
Mash one ripe avocado in a bowl, add 10 drops of argan oil, two teaspoons of natural honey and two drops of tea tree oil. Stir the mixture until it is smooth and creamy. Apply the mask onto the scalp, then massage gently using your fingertips, working it down to coat the ends of your hair. Leave it on for 20 minutes and then rinse off. Shampoo and condition as usual.
Revitalising hair: One way to put shine and life back into your hair is with a regular avocado hair mask. Adding banana to your hair mask will offer extra shine and essential oils. Mash one ripe banana and a ripe avocado together in a bowl. Add a tablespoon of olive oil and a few drops of an essential oil of your choice and mix well. Apply the mixture to your hair and cover with a shower cap for 20 minutes. Rinse then shampoo and condition as usual.
