Jaden Smith is pictured wearing $5,000 worth of Cartier Love rings in his DREADLOCKS

The 17-year-old son of Jada pinkett and will smith was spotted some weeks ago wearing three Cartier love rings in his hair. With each at $1.650, so, it is safe to say the rapper and actor wore $5,000 worth of hair ties in his dreadlocks. More photos after the cut.

It may just be a matter of time before the trend catches on, given that Jaden has already starred in a Louis Vuitton campaign and shown his penchant for pushing the boundaries by regularly sporting skirts. 

Given the hefty price tag on them however, most practical fashionistas will likely be too nervous of the rings falling out to follow Jaden's lead.  

Cartier Love rings are a long-standing favorite of celebrities, being worn by the likes of Ruby Rose, Hailey Baldwin and Khloe Kardashian.
